I sometimes worry that we don’t have enough problems in the world; everyone seems to have some nutty world ending theory these days. It no longer seems to matter if you have any proof or data to back it up. Not to be left out here is my contribution.

Greek scholar Archimedes reportedly proclaimed “Eureka!” when he stepped into a bath and noticed that the water level rose — he suddenly understood that the volume of water displaced must be equal to the volume of the part of his body he had submerged. So how come nobody is worried about the number of, and the increasing size of ships we are floating onto our oceans. Forget the melting ice caps, sea ice is already floating and therefore will not increase the displacement of water, but what about boats! They displace tons and tons of water . I think we risk displacing ourselves to a premature watery grave if we are not careful.

Think about this, how far would sea level go down if we took all the boats out of the ocean at the same time? I think we’re on to something here! Get rid of all the ships on the ocean and travel everywhere by air. Climate change solved, we wont have to give up anything, and it will be warmer too.

If you are worried about the future, and think you’re going to be submerged in a massive flood, relax! The solution is easy, just ask… “What Would Future Me Do?” and all your problems will be resolved. One of these t shirts may help too
